These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of mycelialink.com (the “Site”) and any purchase, account, or membership with Mycelia Link LLC (“Mycelia Link,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, placing an order, or subscribing to M-Link Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
We offer: research peptides and related research products; mushroom supplements and wellness products; artisan soaps; apparel and merchandise; and members-only wholesale ten-pack kits. Different rules may apply to different categories, as described below.
You must be at least 18 to use the Site or purchase general merchandise. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any peptide or research product. By purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements and are legally permitted to buy these products in your jurisdiction.
All peptides and research products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food, and are not for human or veterinary consumption or any diagnostic or therapeutic use. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified individual or entity authorized to handle research materials and that you are responsible for compliant handling, storage, and use in your jurisdiction.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or compliance reasons. Prices and availability may change without notice.
We accept payment by card through our third-party payment processor and by Zelle. Card payments are captured through the processor; we do not store your raw card number. Zelle payments are made inside your bank’s app — your order is held until we confirm the payment, and you must include only your order number in the Zelle memo (nothing else) or your order may be cancelled. Orders paid by Zelle may ship faster than card orders because the funds clear immediately.
M-Link Pro is our paid membership. Everyone receives real support; members receive priority and the additional benefits below.
M-Link Pro is $29.99 per month or $299 per year. Your membership renews automatically at the then-current rate for successive billing periods (monthly or annual) using your stored payment method, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.
You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support@mycelialink.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your benefits continue through the end of the period you have already paid for. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Active M-Link Pro members receive:
Benefits have no cash value, are non-transferable, are tied to an active membership, and may be changed, added, or removed at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate a membership for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
As a member benefit, eligible orders are covered against being lost or damaged in transit. Coverage applies to one order per member, per calendar month, and every claim is verified against carrier tracking. Package Protection does not cover packages that carrier tracking shows as delivered, address errors made at checkout, packages refused or returned, or losses outside the carrier’s transit. Remedy (reship or replacement) is provided at our reasonable discretion and is the exclusive remedy for covered transit loss or damage.
Active members are automatically entered in our quarterly giveaways. Winners are selected periodically and notified by email. Prizes have no cash value and may be substituted with a prize of comparable value. Giveaways are void where prohibited and are not sponsored by or affiliated with any social or payment platform. Additional official rules may be posted for a given giveaway and will control if provided.
We ship to addresses you provide; you are responsible for entering a correct, complete address. Member shipping benefits apply as described above. Wholesale kits generally ship within 2–3 business days of purchase via UPS 2nd Day Air; orders paid by Zelle have that handling delay waived and typically ship within 1–2 days. Title and risk of loss pass to you on carrier hand-off, except to the extent an order is covered by Package Protection.
Due to the sensitive nature of peptide/research and consumable products, all sales are final for those items. Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion after review (for example, for a defective item or a verified transit issue). Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. For covered transit loss or damage, Package Protection is the applicable remedy.
The M-Link Pro 10% is applied to eligible items before any promo code, and one promo code may be applied per order. Promo/affiliate codes may exclude certain categories (such as merchandise). Wholesale ten-pack kits are members-only, sold for research use only, and subject to the wholesale handling and shipping terms above.
We aim for accuracy, but product descriptions, images, and Certificates of Analysis are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors. Nothing on the Site is medical, health, or professional advice, and no statements have been evaluated by the FDA. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
You are solely responsible for verifying that your purchase, possession, handling, and use comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, and for using appropriate safety practices for research materials.
All Site content — branding, logos, text, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Mycelia Link and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Site, resell products in violation of law, misrepresent your eligibility, abuse membership benefits (including Package Protection or giveaways), or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mycelia Link and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any misuse of products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or membership giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mycelia Link LLC and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your purchases, or your misuse of any product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Mycelia Link regarding the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
