Product Categories

• Peptide / Research Products: Sold strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption.
• Mushroom Products: Consumer goods (e.g., gourmet/functional mushroom products). These are generally available for purchase by any age, subject to applicable local laws and any product-specific labeling.

Eligibility

• Peptide / Research Products: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any peptide or research product from the Site.
• Mushroom Products: No minimum age is required to purchase mushroom products, unless required by applicable law or clearly stated on the product page.

🛒 Ordering

• Orders may be accepted or declined at our sole discretion.

💳 Payments

Payments are processed securely through our authorized third-party gateways. Mycelia Link does not store raw credit card or bank information. Orders ship once payment is successfully processed. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.

📦 Shipping & Risk of Loss

• Typical processing time is 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
• Transit times vary by carrier and destination. Carrier or customs delays are outside our control.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.
• You are responsible for compliance with your local import laws and any duties, taxes, or restrictions.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of peptide/research products, all sales are final for those items. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion after review.

To report an issue, email support@mycelialink.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
