Login credentials, membership tier and status (including M-Link Pro), subscription start/renewal dates, benefit usage (such as Package Protection claims and giveaway entries), and communication preferences.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. When you pay by card, your card details are entered directly with the processor. For recurring memberships, the processor securely stores a payment token to bill your subscription — Mycelia Link does not store or directly handle your raw card number. If you pay by Zelle, the transfer happens inside your own bank’s app; we only see the confirmation and the amount received.

Device & Usage Data

IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar analytics data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

Communications

Messages you send us, and your subscription status for our newsletter, member updates, restock alerts, and any SMS or email programs you opt into.

💳 Payment & Subscription Security

Card data is handled by PCI-compliant payment processors, not stored on our servers. For M-Link Pro, recurring billing uses a securely stored processor token so your membership renews automatically until you cancel. You can update your payment method or cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support.

• Process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and provide order tracking.
• Create and manage your account and your M-Link Pro membership, including recurring billing, renewals, and cancellations.
• Deliver membership benefits — the member discount, member shipping, wholesale access, priority support and fulfillment, Package Protection, early access, and quarterly giveaway entries.
• Respond to support requests and provide priority assistance to members.
• Send transactional messages (order and membership updates) and, with your consent, marketing emails, newsletters with member codes, and restock alerts.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

📤 How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the business:
